Transform your environment monitoring system from a passive alert tool into an active defense mechanism with the AVTECH Relay Switch Sensor. This sensor allows you to automatically turn low-voltage devices on or off the moment an environment variable enters or exits an alarm condition. It supports up to four external devices, each equipped with visible relay status lights, and safely handles individual loads up to 0.3A at 125VAC or 1A at 24VDC.
Automated Response & Integration
The four outputs on the Relay Switch Sensor can be individually controlled manually via the Room Alert Web Interface or programmed for automatic activation. By connecting the provided switch cable to desired devices, you can automate advanced alerting through existing building alarm panels, or immediately trigger corrective hardware like backup generators, secondary AC units, or water pumps the second an alert condition is detected.
Simple Installation & Expansion
Designed for immediate “Plug & Play” deployment, the Relay Switch Sensor connects directly into the Light Tower Connection Port on compatible Room Alert monitors using the included Light Tower & Relay Adapter (LTA). The switch comes standard with a 25′ (7.62 m) cable, but the distance between the relay and the monitored devices can be extended up to approximately 900′ (274.32 m) using standard speaker wire, twisted pair, or any reliable low-voltage 2-wire cable.
